Where To Find Treasure Coins
Treasure Hunting In The Best State Of Texas!?
I’m New at this treasure hunting. I’ve always liked getting or finding old and valuable things. well, even if they aren’t valuable they still have centimental value to me. ANYWAYS. TREASURE HUNTING sounds cool, and i want to try.
However i live in the Live Music Capitol of the world, Austin.
And i don’t know where to look for coins and things.
What are some sites I Can Go and find such treasure?
I”m going to go to RockPort and South Padre Island in Spring Break, What are some good sites there?
What do i need to look for and be careful of? Laws? Protective Beachs?
I have a metal Detector, by the way and all i’ve found was beer bottle tops.

A lot of beaches and parks have rules against using your metal detector there. Check with the local authorities. According to the Texas Department of Parks and Wildlife, use of metal detectors is forbidden at State Parks. See the website below, and check out paragraph 10.
