As summer draws the Rochester area, residents and visitors to begin exploring the outdoors, looking for ideas to bring the excitement and entertainment. In June, these people do not look very hard, like a week of celebrations in the second half of the month becomes the city. Rochesterfest is a celebration of the entire city of Rochester. In 2008, the reward was five hundred dollars.

– Grand Parade: On Friday night, the Grand Parade steps with over 100 units. The event is traditionally put the Ambassadors from Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce.

– Mayor's Cup Hot Air Balloon Race: Riders come to Rochester with hot air balloons in tow to compete in this annual race. New in 2008, pilots now also perform a moonlight, to inflate balloons and dusk, creating a giant light bulb effect.
