How to get past in Act 2 Treasure Hunt Treasure police?

I have a lot of trouble to act in the past 2 Trooper Treasure Hunt $ 100. Can someone familiar with TT help me with this? Is there also a guide for this too?

First, I'm in the same situation you. My guess is that you have to buy the Ruby, but you should look at the pages of the magazine soldier treasure (purchase) for assistance.
