Sunken Treasure By Gail Gibbons
What is a source for dust jackets for newer children’s books?
I volunteer at my daughters’ school library and we have several books that for one reason or another do not have dust jackets. The kids tend to not check them out when they have no cover art, so I’m trying to locate a site where I can download a large image to print and laminate, or else a place that will actually sell me the dust jackets.
The books I need jackets for are:
Winter of the Ice Wizard (Magic Tree House) by Mary Pope Osborne
Special Deliveries by Alexandra Day
Sunken Treasure by Gail Gibbons
Are there any school media specialists out there who save the dust jackets from prebound books that come with printed covers? Bound to Stay Bound and Permabound send us the jackets, and we kept many of them, but don’t have these particular books. If you have extras that you could send to me it would be most appreciated. (Email me!)
Any help would be great, whether you know a source or can actually scan one in high quality and upload it and give me the link.
Thanks!
I have searched the net without a good result for you.
Though I have starred this question as I feel that there maybe someone out there who can help you.Sorry I could not be of more assistance, though I will check at my kids school to see what they would do,if they have any ideas i will email you.
