There are a few little secrets that separate those who find pennies and those who find rings worth $10,000 dollars. The funny thing is, those rings are sitting right next to those pennies and you are just missing them.

When I was young and “coin shooting” with my father he used to give me very little advice. I would always beg him to tell me how he was able to find the treasures he did but he would tell me that if I wanted it bad enough I would learn.

As much as I tried I couldn’t figure out any secrets on my own. I was still digging up the bottle caps and tabs. Useless junk.

I did learn that you have to keep the discretion setting low and suffer through the bottle tabs so you can get some cool jewelry. That helped a little, but was not enough.
