Metal Detecting Help Please?

Hi, I recently got a garret ace pro pointer and Ace 250 standard coil. I have been searching my backyard and not found anything of great value, just clad. I live in the state of Connecticut and need to know some good places to metal detect. I know some of the rules about metal detecting, but if anyone could give me some great places to search legally, that would be great.

I like school yards, especially OLD school yards. City parks too.
Check with your city/village about searching on public property.

In Cincinnati, we have to register with the parks department to be able to seach on public property. No fees, they just want to know who you are.
