Replicate A Specific Type Of Coffee Table?
I live in Melbourne Victoria. I recently lost a treasured coffee table which matches my home entertainment suite in a tradgic circumstance. I recieved these items in the mid 90′s and have had them since.
I cannot find another one like it anywhere (ebay, other shops ect) Its probably not worth much to people, its a standard black woodgrain finish table with a ripple effect on the edges.
My question is, if i was to find a cabinet maker in MELBOURNE, would he be able to design the exact replica of the table, as i still have the tv unit, and can bring it in to show him the exact finish?
Also, how much roughly would i be looking at. price is not important, but i would like to know if i am getting ripped off or not.

Easy job. I reckon that would set you back around $700.00 to get made. It is the time rather than the materials that costs.
