Why do those who have power piddle and tarry?

The act of violence by one human being toward another
is illogical! There is no justifcation for these acts.
Hatred of others defies logic except to say that it is selfish, greedy ambition to occupy anothers place and use it as ones own.
The news makes us think the UN is acting to halt this but of course it is taking much too long to get UN troops in place to stop it.
