Assassin’s Creed 2 Monteriggioni treasure chests?

Hey everyone? I have two treasure chests left on my HUD from the art dealer’s map that I purchased in Monteriggioni. One icon is located at the top left of the northern ramparts, the other icon is located at the roof of Auditore villa above the highest office. I CAN’T discover where these chests are! They’re not in the office that you reach by climbing the ladder, they’re not on the roof, they’re not in Altair’s tomb. Through google forums say I can reach them after 100% but I’ve bought all art, all weapons, all armor, all training, found all feathers and codex pages.

The one at the far top of the inner city can be reached through the mines that you renovated to complete the villa, you can reach the mines through a small door at the far rear of villa at the bottom of the rocky cliffs there. Once in the mines, complete the relatively easy free-run puzzle to reach the twin treasure cheats there.

The one that shows up to one side of the villa can be reached similarly through the well to the right side of the villa; you open that up also during the renovation of the villa. At the bottom of the well, solve another free-run puzzle to reach another set of treasure crests.
