Finding Treasure In Florida
Florida “shelling” Beaches
Sanibel Island, FL
Sanibel Island is world renowned for it’s Shelling Beaches. They even have a name for it called the “Sanibel Stoop”. With an abundance of sea shells people come from all over the world just to collect these beautiful treasures from the shoreline. A quick note, it’s best to look during low tide. Aside from the sea shells Sanibel Island is also the perfect island for Family vacations, Weddings, Honeymoons, Anniversary’s, and so forth. With crystal clear blue water and breathtaking white sand you are sure to remember this Island forever.
Bonita Springs, FL
A community that offers beautiful beaches, community atmosphere and the ultimate Florida lifestyle right on the Gulf of Mexico. Home to some of the most beautiful beaches and Islands in the state of Florida. In addition, Bonita Springs is also home to many freshwater lakes and streams. Enjoy boating, fishing, shelling, and golf. Also home to Lover’s Key State Park which was ranked “most visited state park” in Florida in the Fiscal 2006 and one of the nations top beaches “Barefoot Beach” a 342 acre preserve. Bonita Springs is the perfect example of Florida living at its best and boasts some of the absolute best shelling opportunities. When I hear Bonita Springs I think of the many Sand Dollars that I have collected from there.
