Need an idea for the classroom game. First degree of estimation and measurement.?

I need an idea for a game to be played in a classroom of first grade. The game involving estimation and measurement. Because we have ELL students, I have to focus also in terms vocabulary, with 8 (with an image or symbol) during the lesson / game. I was leaning towards a treasure hunt type game, but I'm open to ideas. Suggestions?

measue establish a line every inch or so images created on one side of the line to cover the line with tape, then have students write the words on a slip of paper, crumple, then guess how much you have to pull to match the words and images, then discover the original online. I want to be a teacher so come with ideas like this!
