looking for a movie – adventure, treasure, desert?

Hello, I'm seeking the title of a movie I watched on television as a child in the 70s, so I guess I was in the 50s or 60s. was in color. I only remember fragments of the final scene: two men are the only survivors of a group of people who are in a kind of treasure hunt in a tropical or island, for some reason the man thinks he has found what it is looking and moving towards a desert, laughing hysterically, when the other – I think it's black – He turns to look where his white friend (or boss or whatever) is gone, realizes that he has suddenly disappeared. black man panics, I think because he believes that the zone or cursed treasure and no one returns from there, he looks around and see a tarantula crawling around, which freaks him further. possibly also see human skeletons. starts running and gets out of there as fast as you can. and I think that is the end of the film.
