Reset Knife Throwing need advice on metal detector?

OMFG I lost one of my throwing knives I just bought and can not find! I was trying to hit a target near the ground, but my knife plummeted and is probably buried under 2 to 4 inches of soil, sand and grass in St. Augustine (GRAGH!). I figure that's not worth spending tons of time searching (and I used an industrial strength magnet), so I get a cheap metal detector to find my poor knife. If your cheap and reliable that I do not really care what type of metal detector (including children one) while you work. Please help me, literally, spent an hour searching every day and when I go to sleep I have different dreams about 7.10 where I am and gently put it in the hot little pod to raise and go ballistic. since a knife is enough large, any junky old metal detector work sold at Walmart … but if you are serious about treasure hunting, get a Minelab or white, leaving toys in the reward of the toy department
