Coin Collecting Quarters States

Coin collecting question?
As a gift I received the following coins. How do I find out how much they are worth ? What should I do with them? I am not a coin collector, and not interested in becoming one.
A box of coins that says…on the box “United States Mint Proof Set 2003″…. “50 State Quarters 2003 U.S. Mint”…..then I see the Seal of the United States Treasury. Inside the box is a “Certificate of Authenticity” and it says “The 50 State Quarters Program is authorized by Public Law 105-124. The coins are to honor each of the 50 states etc.
Inside the box are several new looking quarters, as well as a penny, dime, nickel, half dollar, and one dollar.
What should I do with these coins, how much are they worth ?
They are Mint issued proof coins and there is a collector’s market for them out there. They are worth about $20-25 (proof set) and $12-15 dollars (quarters only). You can either try and sell them yourself on an auction site (like Ebay) or sell them to a dealer. You can check online for websites for more specific current values, but more than likely, you won’t be able to sell them for those prices.
