Each suite has lovely views over the Caribbean, and is beautifully designed in Caribbean colours with tiled floors. You can choose from the Marblue Verandah Villa Suite with Plunge Pool, or the upstairs Marblue Verandah Villa Suite which is upstairs, no pool, but even better views. The downstairs Marblue Verandah Villa Suite, and each of the three beautifully furnished and kitted out Suites has a room rate to include breakfast and dinner. The Marblue Domicil Junior Suite is considerably smaller, with Queen size bed as opposed to King size, and the rate is for room only.
The Marblue Verandah Villa Suites also have living rooms, and are really the epitome of comfort, and perfect for a romantic escape.
Marblue Villa Suites has two outdoor pools, and the superb restaurant called The Blue Parrot overlooking the sea, serving gourmet Caribbean food with European touches.
This is certainly second honeymoon country, or even trial honeymoon country. If you feel large hotels no matter how high a star rating tend to be impersonal, then you will just love the personal service here, from the barman who will make you a pina colada like you’ve never tasted before, to the service in the restaurant, and the way the suites are looked after with what is almost tender loving care. In fact it seems this is your house, they are your staff, just to do your bidding, it is that good.
People worry about personal security in Jamaica, well perhaps in Negril, but not in any way at all in this part of the south coast. You can walk the beach, walk to jack Sprat’s for lunch, or to the little shopping center about five minutes away, but quite frankly if I had the company of the person I love, then I’d probably spend by romantic hideaway time, on the huge balcony day bed, hypnotized by the sea, cooled by the fan, relaxing and reading interspersed with visits to the pool, the beach, the bar, and the restaurant. This is one superb exclusive resort.
